Please enjoy the campfire we make nightly in the common area with your fellow guests (weather permitting)
No other fires are permitted on the property at any time.

Charcoal (you supply the charcoal) and gas (we supply the gas) grills are available up by the guest lounge for guest use.
Grills may not be moved outside of the common area. Grill tools are available by the grills and should be cleaned and put back for the next guest.

The water on the property is safe to drink, however due to the high mineral quality, it may not taste good to everyone

Please be kind to your fellow guests, this is not to fill your coolers.  Limit one ice bucket per room per day

We encourage you to enjoy the beautiful mini-glen that runs through the property. Natural trail conditions exist, please use caution. 

Sorry, swimming is not allowed in the pond but wading in the creek can be a great way to cool off!

Please do not trespass to adjoining properties... we do not have lake access.

Camping of any kind (tents, RVs, popups) are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Parking is first come, first serve; please do not block any active driveways or other guests.
We know parking can be tough when it gets busy, but please park in designated areas only - see property map
Trailer parking is also available, please check with the front desk prior to your arrival

All rooms are absolutely NON-SMOKING. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking (of any substance) is evident in the room.
Ash trays are provided outside, please use them. 

If smoking outside your room, please close doors and windows into the room.
